The Mudder Woman programme is back in 2018, and we’re excited for a whole range of women to share their fitness stories with you.
At every event we see thousands of women from all walks of life, of all shapes and sizes and from all over the world. It made us realise that for many, taking part in Tough Mudder is part of a fitness journey – and each one looks completely different.
What is Mudder Woman?
We want to see those journeys and more importantly we want to share them – creating a new community (within the Tough Mudder family) of women who do fitness their way. So we’ve created Mudder Woman.
We think that fitness is about how you feel, it’s about being healthy and having fun, without caring how sweaty or muddy or tired you look. But what we really want to know is what fitness is to you.
A Mudder Woman says yes to:
- Fitness being defined by you and no one else (not even us)
- Your fitness journey being fun and something you can share with friends
- Getting out there, exploring the world
- Not being afraid to get down and dirty
- Building a community of women who share the same values, support each other and have fun
How to get involved
We’ve created the hashtag #MudderWoman so that you can show us and your friends how you’re preparing for Tough Mudder.
And that could be anything. Been for a run with your friend? Or taking a new class you’ve never tried before? Show us. Add the hashtag to your Instagram post, Tweet or Snap and share your fitness story – however YOU like.
